Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be considered late and may result in a cancellation fee and/or forfeit of your deposit.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service (or deposit will be forfeited) and may require prepayment to book future appointments.
Arriving 10+ minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation.
